From the bodega Cuesta la Viña it is highlighted its geographical location, in the environment of Serranía de Ronda, an incomparable natural spot which deserves to be visited. This winery produces ecological wines with the varieties of Tempranillo, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinor Noir and Graciano. Guided tours with a didactical approach to wine growing are offered and include regional products tastings.
Fuente de Piedra, Málaga Virgen wineries
These wineries, founded in 1885 by Salvador López López, are located next to the town of Fuente de Piedra. Currently, the business is administrated by the fourth family generation. Here 34 wines under the Denomination of Origin Málaga and Sierras de Málaga are produced, being Málaga Virgen the brand and leading product in the national market.
Sedella, Sedella Vinos
Founded in 2006 by Lauren Rosillo, a young winemaker who is specialized in Premium wines development in some areas of the country, the winery Sedella Vinos is a modern building which has managed to integrate itself into the Axarquía landscape. The facilities are provided with the newest technology mixed with ancient techniques to produce traditional wines. At present, it delivers just one unique red wine of varieties Romé and Garnacha tinta of centenarian grapevines, which has been aged in new barrels of French oak tree for a period of 16-20 months.
