Discover the rainforest without leaving Fuengirola

Bioparc opens at 10 in the morning all year long. You can buy a general ticket, for 19.90 euros, or obtain special prices for children, senior citizens, groups and commuter train users. Children can also celebrate their birthday at the park.

Walk among lemurs, raccoons and otters

The first thing you'll see when you enter is a huge, 26-metre high artificial tree. It is a replica of a one thousand year old Madagascar baobab tree. The tree recreates the natural habitat of a wide range of species, such as that of the lemurs, which you will find running around when you enter the park.  Further on you'll come across the exhibition "Claro de Selva" (Jungle Opening). This activity will bring you close to armadillos, raccoons and otters.

Experience nature up close

Thanks to the Costa del Sol's privileged climate, this animal conservation park recreates the natural habitat of hundreds of species. Visitors will find themselves immersed in the animal's environment, and will be able to see their natural behaviour. Renowned international publications, such asNational Geographic and Time, applaud the work carried out at this park in terms of the welfare and care of these animals.

More than 130 animal species

Thanks to the Costa del Sol's mild winters, the Bioparc can be visited all year round. Visits are divided into four habitats: Africa, the Island of Madagascar, Southeast Asia and the Indo-Pacific. It’s advisable to take your time when experiencing the daily life of the Bioparc's 130 animal species, some of which are at serious risk of extinction.

Bioparc, an ideal park to visit with children

All of the park's activities are perfect for children, who will have fun while discovering new animal species and learning to respect them. However, Bioparc is suitable for all types of visitors. You can move from Equatorial Africa to a lost temple in the Pacific in a flash, or stop to visit an abandoned mine. Everything is designed so that the species found there, many of which are at risk of extinction, feel at home.

Round off your experience with a visit to Fuengirola

And you'll certainly feel at home in the heart of Fuengirola. At a stone's throw from Bioparc you'll find shopping centres and beaches, so you'll be able to round off your day with a spot of shopping or sunbathing under the sun enjoyed by the Costa del Sol 300 days a year. Can you ask for more?
