Exfoliation

Helps eliminate all impurities and get rid of dead cells. To do this, you can use a scrub or a loofah that reactivates the blood flow and will contribute to the cellular renovation.

The body exfoliation needs to be done once a week, not forgetting elbows and knees, while the facial exfoliation is done less frequently.

Hydration

Skin has to be moisturized throughout the year, but certainly, it is more neglected in winter when it stays more hidden.

Hydration is even more important if there are minor burns caused by sun exposure. For their treatment,  we recommend the use of aloe vera as a natural soother, or refresh your skin with cucumber.

Facial cleansing

With the rise of temperatures, our face often tends to accumulate fat. That is why you should clean your skin at first hour of the day and before you go to sleep.

Diet

It is the basis of everything: we recommend especially food that stimulates melanin, like melons, tomatoes and carrots (with its contribution of beta carotene).

Dried fruits are also very advisable, as they increase the solar protection applied to the skin. And of course, do not forget you need to drink around 2 liters of water a day.

Always start the summer with a particularly high protection factor, applying the cream several times a day and especially after bathing.

Keep in mind that the timetable recommended for tanning extends from dawn until 12 am and from 4 pm until dusk. And do not forget that even during cloudy days, the sun still emits ultraviolet rays.
