The twenty-seventh edition of one of the most important events for the Horeca channel and the tourism industry in Spain will soon take place, we are referring to the H&T Innovation Show.
Specifically, it is scheduled for February 3, 4 and 5 and its location will be at the Malaga Trade Fair and Congress Center (Fycma). Its schedule will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Monday 3 and Tuesday 4) and from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Wednesday 5).
The meeting will be aimed at professionals linked to the hospitality, hospitality and tourism sectors throughout the national territory.

What is the aim of the H&T Innovation Show?
The H&T Innovation Showcase is presented as a unique space that will provide valuable opportunities to explore the latest innovations in the hospitality, hospitality and tourism sectors.
It will also facilitate the establishment of direct connections with prominent industry players , such as: Pepe Rodríguez, Ana Osorio, Antonio Moral, Rocío Arroyo, Ricardo Vélez, Quique Dacosta, Pablo Vega, Mauricio Giovanini, Josep Moreno Martín, among others.

Activities included in the H&T 2025 programme
The meeting will present a specialized program with innovative and useful content for professionals from the horeca channel and the tourism industry.
- Kitchen Lab: creativity, innovation and the latest trends in gastronomy will be closely integrated into a compact space, encouraging direct interaction between speakers and professional visitors.
- Main Stage: experiences and talks with a focus on trends for the subsectors of hospitality, hospitality and tourism will be presented. New concepts and digitalisation in the HORECA sector will be explored.
- Tasting room: you will be able to discover the best selections of wines, both national and international, learn the arts of pairing and unravel the secrets of mixology from renowned sommeliers.
- H&T Awards: H&T 2025 is hosting the sixth edition of the H&T AWARDS, with the aim of highlighting talent and innovation in the aforementioned sectors.
- Aula Makro: area dedicated to offering workshops and courses aimed at hospitality professionals. Educational sessions given by leading experts in the sector.
- Parallel professional calls: a key meeting place for the industry, congresses and sectoral forums of national scope are held, in line with H&T.
- Conferences and workshops: participating companies and entities will carry out the planning and execution of activities and workshops during the event.
H&T Innovation Show 2025 is set to be a success
More than 500 companies and entities, more than 60 experts in the content programme, 30 leading chefs and Michelin stars will participate in the H&T Innovation Fair 2025 and 26,000 square metres will be allocated in three pavilions.
