More than 50 international and national golfers faced off on the beautiful facilities of Golf Torrequebrada (Málaga) during the 2022 Santander Golf Tour. Golfer Sara Kouskova won the Santander Gold Tour LETAS Málaga trophy in an event held from 21 - 23 July with incomparable sea and mountain views. Santander Golf Tour: Quality & Prestige Since 2016
Despite its brief existence, the Santander Golf Tour is a prestigious tournament. Held since just 2016, it’s already become an event that all professional golfers mark on their calendar, bringing together players from more than 20 countries each year. In addition to professional golfers, each tournament (held on different courses across Spain) also allows for the participation of skilled recreational golfers.
The 2022 ProAm Santander Golf Tour is made up of a total of 10 tournaments from March to December in provinces like Zaragoza, A Coruña, Valencia, Vizcaya, Burgos, Madrid, Sevilla and Málaga, of course. This event is sponsored by the Ladies European Tour and the Real Federación Española de Golf.

It goes without saying that golf is a crucial part of Málaga. And proof of that is the quality of the players born in the province. The 2022 Santander Golf Tour made it clear with the performances of young Málaga residents Sara Navarro, Noemí Jiménez, Alejandra Sánchez de la Fuente and Laura Gómez.

Some of these players finished high on the 2022 Santander Golf Tour Leaderboard like Natalia Escuriola, Natalia Herrera and Sara Navarro who all finished with very competitive scores. Castellón’s Escuriola, who had already competed in other competitions this year, finished in the top 10.
