For those who've never had the chance to play golf, but would like to. ## **Golf schools in the province** **Málaga** is dotted with **golf academies** as much in urban centres as on the coast and inland. All of these are suitable for beginners and those seeking to perfect the sport. Furthermore, the **Costa del Sol golf courses** are perfectly adapted for anyone to play. La Quinta Golf Academy, a pioneer on the **Costa del Sol**, which offers golfers a broad programme of classes and courses aimed at any level. In **Málaga** itself, for instance, there are the **golf academies** at El Candado Club and the Parador de Golf*.* On the east coast, you have Añoreta Golf (Rincón de la Victoria) and inland, the Escuela Alhaurín Golf Hotel & Resort (Alhaurín el Grande) and the IH Golf Academy of Guadalhorce Golf Club (Campanillas). However, it’ s onthe west coast where the broadest selection of **golf courses and golf academies** is concentrated, such as the Valle Romano Golf Resort in Estepona, the Finca Cortesín Golf Club in Casares, the *Escuela Benalmádena Golf*, the *Escuela de Miguel Ángel Jiménez* in Torremolinos and *La Cala Golf Academy* in Mijas Costa. In **Marbella**, we find countless opportunities to take up the sport or to perfect our technique, in schools such as La Quinta, Marbella Country Club, Cabopino Golf  Marbella, the *Escuela Internacional* and *San Pedro Golf Club.* Enormous wavy greens, narrow lanes and water hazards spread across different golf holes all exemplify the quality of the golf courses in the **Costa del Sol**, which combine to create a splendid sea of green that contrasts with the blue sky and sea.  ## **Golf all year round** Moreover, most courses have a 5-star rating, and offer different rates for visitors to **play golf**, ranging from 30 Euros to above 100 Euros depending on the time of year and the player's needs. The **Costa del Sol** therefore offers keen golfers and beginners alike non-stop, quality golf.
