# Immerse yourself in the fun of the water parks on the Costa del Sol

Put your bathing suit on, take a towel and don’t forget the sun cream. That’s everything you need to spend an unforgettable day at the **water parks of Malaga**. On the Costa del Sol, you will find the best proposals to unleash the fun by plunging, laughing and diving into the excitement.

 

## **Aquamijas**

On the Costa del Sol you don’t have to wait for the summer to enjoy the most refreshing entertainment: [Aquamijas](http://www.visitcostadelsol.com/things-to-do/parque-acuatico-mijas-p11261) has already opened the season. Get ready to slide down its **tracks and slides** or float the rapids of their **artificial rivers**. And if you prefer a rush of adrenaline, you can always experience the **"kamikaze" ramps**, a trip at high speed with a fall of over 49 feet in height.

 The park includes an artificial wave pool and a children's pool, **attractions for children** and a lake. All this gathered in an enclosure next to the highway A7, as it passes through [Mijas Costa](http://www.visitcostadelsol.com/towns-and-villages/mijas-p9861). Did you know that more than 10 thousand Britons have their residence in the municipality of Mijas?

 

## **Aqualand Torremolinos**

A paradise of fun. [Aqualand Torremolinos](http://www.visitcostadelsol.com/things-to-do/aqualand-torremolinos-p29861), the largest water park on the Costa del Sol, is waiting for you. There, you will find attractions for adults and children, **vertigo slides** that reach 72 feet in height and even a circuit that emulates a **rafting experience**... but with floats.

 This leisure centre also has extensive green areas, restoration areas and an **18-hole miniature golf** that begins to receive visitors from the 22nd of May. You will find it in front of the **Pinar de los Manantiales** of [Torremolinos](http://www.visitcostadelsol.com/towns-and-villages/torremolinos-p10061).

 

## **Aquavelis**

Between Torre del Mar and [Velez Malaga](http://www.visitcostadelsol.com/towns-and-villages/velez-malaga-p10101) is located [Aquavelis](http://www.visitcostadelsol.com/things-to-do/aquavelis-p74221), a place to have a great time with family or friends from the 10th of June. Slides, spiral slides and ramps spread out in the park, which also has a “**fast river”** and a pool of artificial waves. And to take a rest, there’s nothing better than the **artificial** lake.

 Two **children's water play areas** complete these facilities, where you can also have coffee or eat **hamburgers and hot dogs**.

## **Hotels with water parks**

 On the Costa del Sol, some hotels have their own water parks. It is the case of [Los Patos](http://www.visitcostadelsol.com/accommodation/los-patos-p39191), a resort of [Benalmadena Costa](http://www.visitcostadelsol.com/towns-and-villages/benalmadena-p9401) with **four swimming pools**, slides, sliding ramps and a **pirate galleon for children**, among other surprises.

 In this same locality is located the [Holiday Polynesia Hotel](http://www.visitcostadelsol.com/accommodation/holiday-polynesia-hotel-p3401), that recreates the atmosphere of the Bora Bora, Samoa and Easter islands. One of its attractions is the **beach club**, full of possibilities to make your experience as lively as refreshing, as well as the possibility to enjoy the most delicious dishes of the Mediterranean diet in the buffet restaurant Le Mirage.
