The twenty-sixth edition of one of the most important events for the horeca channel and tourism industry in Spain is right around the corner. We are of course talking about the H&T Innovation Fair.
It is set to take place on 5, 6 and 7 February at the Malaga Trade Fair and Congress Centre (FYCMA). It will open from 10am to 7pm (Monday 5 and Tuesday 6) and from 10am to 4:30pm (Wednesday 7).
The meeting will be aimed at professionals linked to the hospitality, hotel and tourism sectors from throughout Spain.

What is the aim of the H&T Innovation Show?
The H&T Innovation Show is a unique space that will provide invaluable opportunities to explore the latest innovations in the hospitality, hotel and tourism sectors.
It will also allow participants to make direct connections with leading industry figures, such as: the Torres brothers, Almudena Alberca, Andrea Alonso, Custodio Zamarra, Diego Tornel, Lolanda Bustos, Juanmi Rubio and José Zuccardi, among others.
This event, supported by leading industry brands, provides a comprehensive platform where professionals can immerse themselves in practical solutions and have access to the latest technologies. Activities included in the programme
The show offers a specialised programme with innovative and useful content for professionals in the horeca channel and tourism industry.
- Kitchen LAB: creativity, innovation and the latest trends in gastronomy will be closely integrated in a compact space, encouraging direct interaction between speakers and professional visitors.
- Main Stage: there will be presentations and talks focusing on trends in the hospitality, hotel and tourism subsectors. Topics such as business management, artificial intelligence and digital transformation, internationalisation, marketing and communication and sustainability will be explored .
- Tasting Room: you can discover the best selections of wines, both national and international, learn the art of pairing and unravel the secrets of mixology thanks to renowned sommeliers.
- H&T Awards: H&T 2024 will be hosting the fifth edition of the H&T AWARDS, with the aim of highlighting talent and innovation in the aforementioned sectors.
- Makro Classroom: area running workshops and courses aimed at hospitality professionals. Educational sessions given by leading experts in the sector.
- Parallel professional calls: key meeting place for the industry, where national congresses and sectoral forums are held, in keeping with H&T.
- Seminars and workshops: participating companies and organisations will plan and run activities and workshops during the event.
The H&T 2024 Innovation Show will be a hit
In 2023, more than 350 companies and organisations took part, along with more than 70 experts in the programme content, 28 leading and Michelin starred chefs, 14 sommeliers and wine producers, more than 15,000 visiting professionals, with three pavilions occupying more than 25,000 square metres.
The 2024 edition, taking place at the beginning of February, looks set to be a sure-fire hit.
