Marenostrum Music Castle Park Festival
Sohail Castle is home to the second Marenostrum Music Castle Park Festival this summer. The event includes a full line-up of international artists who will offer the audience their best compositions on an unbeatable stage. A chance to enjoy music and the wonderful sea views from the castle. You have until 12 August to enjoy it.
Bioparc Fuengirola
TheFuengirola Biopark is a must. This is a very different type of zoo, as its species live together in a true recreation of their natural habitat. The animals and tropical forests of Madagascar, Equatorial Africa, South East Asia and the islands of the Indo-Pacific provide visitors with a closer look into the original environment of each one, making the tour something very special.
Sould Park
If you want the kids to remember their visit to Fuengirola, Sould Park is the ideal place. Located on the promenade, this children's fun fair has everything you need to enjoy a family day out, with many different attractions and play areas.
Sohail Castle
Located on a small hill at the mouth of Fuengirola river, it is 38 metres above sea level making it a fantastic vantage point for the entire coastline. It holds many different festivals and events throughout the year.
Miramar Shopping Centre
Miramar Shopping Centre is one of the largest shopping areas on the Costa del Sol. Its many different shops and restaurants make it a must for all tourists visiting Fuengirola. It also has 12 very well equipped cinemas where you can enjoy the best films every week, and a Go-kart circuit with a junior and a children's track where a great time can be had by all.
River Park
Fuengirola River Park, located on the mouth of Fuengirola River next to Sohail Castle, is the only navigable canal in the province, where you can relax thanks to its boat hire service and many others. It also has green zones, a bike path, sporting facilities and play areas.
Beach for dogs
If you like to travel with your pet, you'll love this place in Fuengirola. The Fuengirola beach for dogs, known as Playa del Castillo Sohail, is located near the Castle. It is currently one of the few beaches for canines that remain in the province. It is therefore a unique opportunity to enjoy it with your pet.
